This elastic Horse Blanket Tail Strap from Equest is covered with a PVC tubing and is easy to clean. The strap has two plastic enclosures at the ends for easy on and off. The tail strap’s elastic cord gives way slightly to protect the rug, so that the attachment eyelets won’t easily tear.

The strap is black with clear PVC tubing. End to end it is 40cm, just under 16".
